At Northbrook Church, we embrace the reality that life is hard, suffering is real, and weary souls need some answers. Mental health struggles are real, including for people of faith.
Mental Health Mondays are quarterly seminars that provide excellent information, resources, and practical guidance for those who suffer, family members and anyone interested in learning more about mental illness. Presenters with expertise and Jesus-centered approaches will lead these quarterly seminars.
Our next Mental Health Monday will be on the topic "Dealing with Difficult People."
