Based on the teachings from The Wellness Revelation book, this group will include a devotional, discussion, and a 20-30 minute low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels. You do not need to have read the book in order to attend. This is a ‘come as you are’ group with no homework. Registration required to provide adequate space.
